Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (T&C's) govern all bookings, payments, and participation in golf outings and tours organised by AceCourse Solutions Ltd. By booking an outing or tour, you ("The Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only when we receive: A completed enquiries/booking form, and the required deposit or payment is received. Final payment is due (as per confirmation email). Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your booking without refund. You may be asked for a non-refundable deposit before any package information is released, this deposit will be deducted from your final invoice when your booking is confirmed. Prices are quoted in GBP.
Cancellations & Refunds
1. Customer Cancellation
If you cancel: More than 30 days before outing/tour: refund minus deposit. Less than 30 days: no refund.
2. Company Cancellation
We may cancel an outing/tour due to: Weather conditions, safety concerns, supplier issues or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, you may choose: A full refund (excluding any personal expenses), or transfer to another outing/tour (subject to availability). We are not liable for additional expenses such as flights, visas, travel insurance, or equipment purchases.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive insurance is advised and your policy must include: Medical coverage, Trip cancellation, Lost or delayed luggage, Sports coverage (golf equipment).You must provide proof of insurance on request.
Golf Course Policies
Customers must follow all rules and etiquette of the host golf courses. Course availability may change due to weather or course management decisions. Green fees, buggy fees, caddie fees, and other course-related charges are included only if specified in your outing/tour itinerary when booking.
Accommodation & Transport
Accommodation details will be provided in the tour itinerary. Room types and hotel facilities are subject to availability. Transport provided during the Tour may include shared vehicles to and from the airport. We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by third-party suppliers.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times. You must conduct yourself respectfully toward staff, other participants, and service providers. We reserve the right to remove a participant from an outing/tour for unacceptable or unsafe behaviour without refund.
Liability
Participation in a golf outing/tour carries inherent risks—including injury from golf play, weather, or terrain—accepted by the customer. We are not liable for: Injuries, illness, or death, loss or damage to personal property, delays, missed connections, or other travel disruptions. Actions of third-party service providers (golf courses, hotels, transport operators) Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the outing/tour. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under local consumer protection law.
Changes to Itinerary
We will make every effort to follow the published itinerary. However, circumstances may require adjustments. We may modify: tee times, golf course selections, accommodation, daily schedules. Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, political events, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Photo & Media Consent
Unless requested otherwise, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during the outing/tour to be used for promotional purposes.
Data Protection
We will only collect and use your personal data for the purposes of organising your outing/tour and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Aberdeen/Scotland.
